Well, at least we're not as bad as Saddam, right?
The Wall Street Journal Editorial page is just a shade to the right on torture than the inquisition. Apparently the technique previously known as the water torture now goes under the more inocuous term "waterboarding", and, according to the WSJ editorial page atleast, is just one among many "psychological techniques" that is not "anything close to "torture"".
Hmm...
