Hypocrisy is fun!

Gregory Mankiw's New Year Resolutions for economic policy makers makes for hilarious reading. He's completely right of course, but his advice is so diametrically opposed to his actions while he was one of the economic policy makers he seeks to adress it leads one to wonder whether a split-personality syndrome is at work here.

Is there anything as pathetic as speaking truth to power from the comfort of Harvard Yard after years of functioning as a docile hack-puppet to the White House?
