Friday Schnauzer Blogging: Show Dog Dodo edition

This is Dodo just back from the groomer. She looks like a regular little showdoggie, no? The registrar of Amherst College used to show schnauzers, and just for fun I had him appraise Dodo for "star quality" (which is moot anyhow because she is spayed and thus ineligible). Apparently, she's got very correct range of movement in her hind quarters and the plane of her nose and her forehead is remarkably parallel. Alas, her eyes are a little big -- a minor fault. "I've definitely seen a lot worse in the ring," he concluded.
