Proposed Constitutional Amendment
Amendment XXVIII. The power of the President to grant reprieves and pardons shall not extend to offenses committed while working for the executive branch during that President's term in office, or during the previous President's term in office.(It's too late to do anything about the criminal gang currently in charge of the country, but this amendment will come in handy the next time the American people elect a crook.)
For the purposes of this amendment, the executive branch shall be construed to include the office of the Vice-President, and any official working for or beneath the Vice-President.
