Moog's Music
(An excerpt from my 5th-grade reading workbook, The Scratch Papers, now out-of-print. Previous excerpts: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.)

Moog the Merciless has written a lot of songs to be played on the electronic organ. None of them are very famous.
One song that Moog wrote is "Word-Gobbler's Wiggle." He wrote it so that the W.G.'s would work faster when they were eating up some library or other. If there is one song that the W.G.'s despise, it is "Word-Gobbler's Wiggle."
Another song that Moog wrote is "Mooglight Zapata." This is a snappy Mexican number that Moog thinks is very good. Here is a sample chorus:
South of the border, down Mexico way,
I'll send my W.G.'s to gobble away.
This song has sold very badly everywhere, but its sales have been especially bad in Mexico.
